GeekPack® Mission

GeekPack® Mission

GeekPack® exists to empower women to change their lives for the better through the power of tech, community & confidence. We teach valuable technological & business building skills, provide a supportive and encouraging community, and deliver the confidence to believe that ANY dream is possible to achieve.

GeekPack® Core Values

Touch the world with purpose, every day making something better than when we found it. We see every day as a whiteboard on which to draw the dreams of our community until we make them real together.
ANYONE can learn to code with the right instruction & community. We demolish the status quo by opening the door so often closed to women and girls through inexhaustible empathy and an unwavering, supportive community.
Create wildly successful students. We revel in the joy we see when our students grow in character and confidence through learning to code. We share in their happiness, support their growth, and celebrate each other’s wins.
Go above and beyond. From providing support & encouragement in our community, to serving our customers, or helping our colleagues, our shared love for our Mission empowers us to go beyond what we thought was our “best” in service to our cause.
Compassion for Community. We know we are nothing without our community and we show it by the deep empathy, respect, and patience we give in every interaction. The positive environment we build has an individual focus but with a family feel, cultivated by listening longer, harder, and deeper so that everyone feels heard.

GeekPack® Vision

Together we are changing the face of tech forever by bringing over 1 million voices into the conversation by 2030.
