Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Hi there. This is the Privacy Policy for GeekPack, Inc. ("GeekPack," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains what personal information we collect when you visit geekpack.com, join our free community, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase our programs, or otherwise interact with us — and what rights and choices you have.

We've written this in plain English on purpose, because we think you should actually be able to understand what happens with your information. It's still a real, binding document.

Questions? Email us at [email protected]. A real human will answer.

A note about RevenueOS: our revenue operating system, RevenueOS, has its own dedicated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service that cover how data works inside that app, including its AI features. If you're a RevenueOS member, both policies apply — this one for your interactions with GeekPack generally, and the RevenueOS policy for what happens inside the app.

1. Who we are

GeekPack, Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Colorado, United States. We're a business education ecosystem for women digital entrepreneurs — home of WP Rockstar, Resilience Lab, the free GeekPack community, the Entrepreneur Like a Girl newsletter, RevenueOS, and partner programs like the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready cohort.

For data protection laws like the GDPR, GeekPack, Inc. is the "data controller" of the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

Information collected automatically:

Information from partner programs:

Please don't send us sensitive data. We don't ask for, and ask that you not submit, things like Social Security numbers, health information, or government ID numbers — in community posts, emails, or anywhere else.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your email list with other companies for their marketing. Section 7 explains the one nuance — advertising cookies — honestly.

Legal bases (for our GDPR friends): we process your information to perform our contract with you, with your consent where you've given it (like newsletter signups and non-essential cookies), for our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving our business), and to comply with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share your information with

We share personal information only as described here:

5. Your community posts and testimonials

Our community is a shared space. When you post there, other members can see your posts and profile. If we'd like to feature your win, comment, or story publicly — outside the community — we'll rely on the permissions in our Terms & Conditions, and you can always ask us to take a feature down by emailing [email protected].

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

When you first visit our site, you'll be asked about cookie preferences. You can decline non-essential cookies there, and you can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Declining essential cookies may affect your ability to use parts of the site.

7. Advertising and analytics — the honest version

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We also use a Meta (Facebook) Pixel for retargeting — meaning if you visit our site, you may later see ads for GeekPack programs on Facebook or Instagram. This involves Meta's cookies collecting information about your visit to our site.

Here's the part most privacy policies bury: under California law, this kind of advertising cookie activity can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands and we never hand over your email list. So to be precise: we do not sell your personal information, and the only "sharing" we do under California's definition is this standard advertising-cookie retargeting for our own programs.

You can opt out of that sharing by:

8. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide what you've signed up for, run our business, and meet legal obligations (like tax records for transactions). Newsletter data is kept while you're subscribed; when you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and retain only what's needed to honor your opt-out. When information is no longer needed, we delete it. You can request deletion anytime — see Section 9.

9. Your rights

Wherever you live, we extend these basics to everyone: you can access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it — no fees for normal requests, though we may need to verify your identity first, and we may decline requests that are clearly excessive or that the law requires us to decline (like deleting tax records).

For members in the EU, UK, and EEA (GDPR): you additionally have the rights to data portability, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — though we'd love the chance to sort out any concern directly first.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (see Section 7 for exactly what we do and how to opt out), and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we don't use sensitive personal information for anything beyond what the law permits by default). We will never discriminate against you — in pricing, service, or anything else — for exercising your privacy rights. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes the CCPA requires.

10. International data transfers

GeekPack and our service providers store and process data primarily in the United States. If you use our website or services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from your country's. Where required, we and our providers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for those transfers.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and reputable, security-focused service providers. Payment card data goes directly to Stripe or PayPal — both PCI-DSS certified — and never touches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but if a breach ever puts your personal information at serious risk, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.

12. Children

Our website and offerings are built for adult business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, let you know by email or a notice on our website before they take effect. Continuing to use our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
