Welcome! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are the agreement between you and GeekPack, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Colorado ("GeekPack," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of geekpack.com, our free community, and our programs, products, and services (together, the "Offerings").
We've written these in plain English because we think you should be able to read the contract you're agreeing to. Plain English doesn't make them less binding — this is a real agreement, and by using our website or purchasing an Offering, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
RevenueOS members: RevenueOS has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that govern your use of the app. These Terms cover everything else GeekPack.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you're using our Offerings on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
GeekPack is a business education ecosystem for women digital entrepreneurs. Our current Offerings include WP Rockstar (our web development program), Resilience Lab, the free GeekPack community (hosted on Circle), the Entrepreneur Like a Girl newsletter, occasional live calls and bonus sessions, partner programs such as the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready cohort, and RevenueOS (governed by its own Terms). We're always building, so Offerings may be added, updated, or retired over time.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which sets out the terms for each Offering. It's the controlling document for refund questions.
Keep your login credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Your access is personal to you: one purchase covers one person, so if teammates need access, each needs their own purchase. Don't share, resell, or transfer your access.
You can stop using any Offering anytime by emailing [email protected]. Note that ending your access doesn't cancel remaining payment-plan obligations (Section 3).
Our community and programs work because of the people in them. You agree to:
We may moderate, remove content, or suspend or terminate access (Section 14) to keep our spaces healthy.
Your honest opinions are yours. Nothing in these Terms restricts you from sharing truthful reviews or honest assessments of your experience with GeekPack, anywhere you like. We'd rather earn good reviews than demand them.
You keep ownership of what you post — comments, questions, wins, photos, and other content you share in our community or send to us ("Your Content"). You grant GeekPack a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share Your Content as needed to operate our Offerings, and to feature it in our marketing (for example, celebrating a member win from the community). If we've featured something of yours and you'd like it taken down, email [email protected] and we'll remove it from our marketing.
You're responsible for Your Content: that it's yours to share, that it's accurate, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights. Only upload images you own or have permission to use.
Community spaces are shared spaces — other members can see what you post there, so don't post anything you need kept confidential. Communications sent through our contact forms, comments, or email are not confidential unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve our Offerings without restriction or compensation — and we genuinely appreciate them.
Everything we've built — our courses, lessons, videos, worksheets, templates, website design, graphics, logos, taglines, and the GeekPack® name and marks — belongs to GeekPack, Inc. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
When you purchase or opt into an Offering, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own personal and business use. You may download and print materials for your own use.
You may not: resell, share, or trade your access; republish, redistribute, or repost our materials (in whole or in part, including on social media or other websites); present our materials as your own work; or use our trademarks without our written permission. If you'd like to use or reference our content beyond this license, just ask — email [email protected].
We take this seriously. We've invested years into these materials, and we'll enforce our rights — including seeking damages and injunctions — against infringement.
Our Offerings are educational and informational. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by purchasing or using them. For decisions with legal, financial, tax, or medical consequences, consult a qualified professional. Any actions you take based on our Offerings are your own, taken at your own risk.
We make no income or earnings claims or guarantees of any kind. Testimonials and case studies show what specific people achieved — they are not typical results and not a promise of yours. Your results depend on many factors outside our control: your background, experience, effort, market, and more. There is no guarantee you will earn any money using our materials, and your results are ultimately up to you.
Some links on our website and in our communications are affiliate links, meaning we earn a commission if you purchase through them (at no extra cost to you). We make reasonable efforts to disclose affiliate links conspicuously where they appear. We also run our own affiliate program; our affiliates must identify themselves as affiliates and may not spam you.
If you opt in to our SMS list by providing your mobile number, you agree to receive periodic text messages from GeekPack (up to 4 per month) with updates, information, and offers. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan; GeekPack never charges for texts. Reply STOP anytime to unsubscribe (you may receive one confirmation message) or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Our Offerings run on and link to third-party platforms — Circle, Stripe, PayPal, Kit, Calendly, Zoom, social media, and others — each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We're not responsible for third-party services, websites we link to, or their content. If a technical issue originates with a third-party platform, we'll do our reasonable best to help, but some fixes are only within that provider's control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, community, or Offerings if you violate these Terms, abuse our team or members, engage in fraud, or misuse our intellectual property. Where the situation reasonably allows, we'll warn you first — but we aren't required to when the conduct warrants immediate action. Termination for violation doesn't entitle you to a refund, and any unpaid payment-plan balance remains due. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) survive.
We work hard to keep our website and Offerings accurate, current, and reliable, but the law asks us to say this part clearly:
OUR WEBSITE AND OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE OR OFFERINGS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: GEEKPACK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR WEBSITE OR OFFERINGS — EVEN IF ADVISED SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE OFFERING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you; in those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeekPack, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If we have a dispute, please talk to us first — email [email protected], and we'll make a genuine, good-faith effort to resolve it. If good-faith negotiation doesn't resolve it, both of us agree to attempt mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution before filing suit. Any dispute that reaches court will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction.
