GeekPack® Designs Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer refunds on your purchase. All sales are final. However, if you have any problems or feedback please email us at info@geekpack.com. Note that while due to regulations, EU buyers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item, this does not apply to digital content, especially when it's been accessed. For this reason, our GeekPack® Design templates are not eligible for return.
