Terms of Service | RevenueOS

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Welcome to RevenueOS, the revenue operating system built by GeekPack, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("GeekPack," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and GeekPack that governs your use of RevenueOS at revos.geekpack.com, including Ruby (our AI Chief Revenue Officer), the PR Concierge, the CRM, the Wallet, and all other features (together, the "Service").

We've written these Terms in plain English because we think you should actually be able to read the agreement you're entering into. Plain English doesn't make them any less binding, though — this is a real contract.

Questions? Email [email protected].

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using RevenueOS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use RevenueOS. If you're using RevenueOS on behalf of a business, you're agreeing to these Terms on that business's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. What RevenueOS is

RevenueOS is a web-based revenue operating system for women business owners. It includes tools for revenue tracking, daily actions, weekly reflections, a scorecard, a CRM for managing your business relationships, AI-powered features (Ruby and the PR Concierge), and a Wallet credit system that powers the AI features.

RevenueOS is a membership product, not a public service. Access requires a valid access code issued by GeekPack, and membership is offered at GeekPack's discretion. We may update, add, change, or remove features of the Service as it evolves — we're always building.

3. Your account

  • Access codes. You need a valid access code from GeekPack to create an account. Access codes are for your use only — please don't share, sell, or transfer them.
  • Accurate information. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep it secure. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us right away at [email protected].
  • One human per account. Your account is personal to you (or your business) and can't be shared or transferred.

4. Wallet credits and payments

RevenueOS uses a credit system (the "Wallet") to power AI features. Here's how it works, stated as plainly as we can:

  • Purchasing credits. You can top up your Wallet through one-time payments processed by Stripe, in amounts of $25, $50, $100, $200, or a custom amount. These are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
  • Credits are non-refundable. All Wallet purchases are final. Credits cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account. Please only purchase what you're comfortable with.
  • Your RevenueOS purchase price is different. Your purchase of RevenueOS itself is covered by our Action-Based Guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. The non-refundable terms in this section apply to Wallet credit top-ups only.
  • Credits don't expire. Your credits have no expiration date and remain in your Wallet for as long as your account is in good standing.
  • Credits have no cash value. Credits are a license to use AI features within RevenueOS — they aren't money, property, or an investment, and they can only be used inside the Service.
  • Pricing. GeekPack sets and controls the pricing of credits and the credit cost of features, and may change either from time to time. Changes won't affect credits you've already purchased — they'll still be usable — but the amount of usage a credit buys may change as underlying costs change.
  • If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, any remaining credits are forfeited. If we discontinue the Service entirely or terminate your access without cause, we'll work with you in good faith regarding any substantial unused balance.
  • Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. We never see or store your card details.

5. Ruby, PR Concierge, and AI-generated content — please read this one

Ruby and the PR Concierge are powered by AI (Anthropic's Claude models). AI is genuinely useful, and we're proud of what we've built — but you need to understand its limits:

  • AI output is not professional advice. Ruby's responses and PR Concierge outputs are AI-generated content. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or professional business advice, and no attorney-client, advisor-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by using them. For decisions with legal, financial, or tax consequences, consult a qualified human professional.
  • AI can be wrong. AI models sometimes generate information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or simply made up — even when it sounds confident. You're responsible for verifying AI outputs before relying on them or acting on them.
  • You own your decisions. RevenueOS is a tool to support your thinking, not a substitute for it. Any decisions you make based on the Service — including AI outputs — are yours, and you use them at your own risk.
  • Your data and AI. When you use AI features, relevant data (your business profile, CRM data, uploaded documents, and conversation history) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't include information in these features that you don't want processed this way.

6. Acceptable use

RevenueOS exists to help you build a better business. Please use it that way. You agree not to:

  • Break the law or use the Service to violate anyone else's rights (including uploading contact data you have no right to hold)
  • Attempt to access other members' accounts or data, or probe, scan, or test the security of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the Service or any part of it
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product
  • Use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful, or attempt to circumvent safety measures in the AI features
  • Upload malware or anything designed to disrupt the Service
  • Share your access code or account credentials with others
  • Use bots or automated means to access the Service, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure

We may investigate suspected violations and take action we reasonably believe appropriate, including suspending or terminating access.

7. Your content and intellectual property

Your content is yours. You retain all rights to the content you put into RevenueOS — your business information, CRM records, reflections, uploaded documents, and Ruby conversations ("Your Content"). You grant GeekPack a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service — including sending it to our service providers (like Anthropic) as needed to deliver features you use. We don't claim ownership of Your Content, and we don't use it for advertising or sell it.

You're responsible for Your Content — that it's accurate, that you have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

AI outputs. As between you and GeekPack, you may use the outputs Ruby and the PR Concierge generate for you in your business. Keep in mind that AI outputs may not be unique to you and may not be protectable by copyright, and that your use of outputs is subject to Section 5.

Our stuff is ours. The RevenueOS platform — its software, design, features, frameworks, text, graphics, logos, and the GeekPack and RevenueOS names and branding — belongs to GeekPack and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business while you're a member in good standing. No other rights are granted.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions (and we hope you will!), we can use them without restriction or compensation. It helps us build a better product for everyone.

8. Third-party services

RevenueOS is built on trusted third-party infrastructure — Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Lovable/Cloudflare (hosting). Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their services beyond our own obligations to you. The Service may also link to third-party websites or resources; those are outside our control and provided for convenience only.

9. Access, suspension, and termination

  • Your right to leave. You can stop using RevenueOS anytime and delete your account and data directly from your Account Settings.
  • Our rights. RevenueOS is a controlled membership product, and GeekPack may pause, suspend, or revoke access to any account at its discretion — including for violations of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, risk to other members or the Service, or if your underlying membership with GeekPack ends. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to address the issue, but we're not required to when the circumstances warrant immediate action.
  • Effect of termination. When your account ends, your license to use the Service ends. Unused credits are handled as described in Section 4. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (like intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
  • Discontinuation. We may modify or discontinue the Service (in whole or part). If we discontinue RevenueOS entirely, we'll give members reasonable advance notice and a window to export their data.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to make RevenueOS excellent and reliable. Even so, the law asks us to say this part clearly, so here it is:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEEKPACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

GeekPack does not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue result, or growth from using the Service. Your results depend on many factors outside our control — most importantly, you.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • GEEKPACK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
  • GEEKPACK'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GEEKPACK FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeekPack, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and GeekPack consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, please just talk to us first — email [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved with a good-faith conversation, and we'd genuinely rather fix a problem than fight about one.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as RevenueOS evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

15. General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy are the complete agreement between you and GeekPack about the Service.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision right away, that's not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You can't assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
