We take your investment seriously — and we've built our refund policies to be fair, human, and clear. Here's how refunds work for each GeekPack offering. To request any refund, email [email protected] and we'll take care of you.

WP Rockstar — our Action-Based Guarantee

We believe in WP Rockstar so much that we offer a 100% refund within 90 days — as long as you've actually done the work. If you complete the program and follow the roadmap and still haven't landed a paying client, we'll refund you in full, no hard feelings.

To be eligible, you must show that you have:

• Completed every module, checkpoint, and assignment inside the WP Rockstar Playbook
• Documented your work (submitted forms, shared proof, and posted your wins)
• Followed our roadmap, outreach plan, and client-getting steps exactly as outlined

Why this structure? Because the program only works if you work it — and this guarantee protects both your investment and the integrity of the community. Refund requests should include your proof of completion within 90 days of purchase and be sent to [email protected].

Resilience Lab — our Action-Based Guarantee

We believe in Resilience Lab so much that we offer a 100% refund at any time — as long as you've actually done the work. If you complete the program requirements and it still isn't working for you, we'll refund you in full, no hard feelings.

To be eligible, you must show that you have:

• Completed your onboarding
• Completed four weeks of daily actions
• Completed the Resilience Lab playbook

Why this structure? Because the program only works if you work it — and this guarantee protects both your investment and the integrity of the community. Refund requests should include your proof of completion and be sent to [email protected].

RevenueOS — our Action-Based Guarantee

RevenueOS follows the same philosophy: do the work, and your purchase is protected.

Your RevenueOS purchase: we offer a 100% refund of your RevenueOS purchase price at any time, provided you can show you've genuinely used the product. To be eligible, you must have:

• Completed your onboarding
• Added at least ten contacts to your CRM
• Run the PR Concierge at least twice
• Had regular conversations with Ruby over a four-week period
• Had Ruby draft outreach messages for at least half of your CRM contacts
• Provided evidence (screenshots) that you sent those outreach messages to your contacts
• Scorecard evidence showing you completed your non-negotiable daily actions at least 70% of the time and completed four weekly reflections

Wallet credits: as set out in the RevenueOS Terms of Service, Wallet top-up purchases (credits used to power AI features) are separate from your RevenueOS purchase price and are non-refundable, with no expiration date.

Payment plans and subscriptions

A refund granted under any policy above covers amounts paid; if you're on a payment plan and receive a full refund, remaining scheduled payments are cancelled. Outside of an approved refund, choosing a payment plan commits you to the full purchase price, and cancelling a subscription stops future renewals rather than refunding past ones.
