Privacy Policy | RevenueOS

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Hi there. This is the Privacy Policy for RevenueOS, the revenue operating system built by GeekPack, Inc. ("GeekPack," "we," "us," or "our"). RevenueOS lives at revos.geekpack.com, and this policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

We've written this in plain English on purpose. Privacy policies shouldn't require a law degree to read. That said, this is a real, binding document — it applies whenever you use RevenueOS.

If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected]. A real human will answer.

1. Who we are

GeekPack, Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Colorado, United States. We operate RevenueOS as a membership product for women business owners. For the purposes of data protection laws like the GDPR, GeekPack, Inc. is the "data controller" of the personal information described in this policy — meaning we're responsible for deciding how and why it's used.

RevenueOS is not open to the general public. Members join with an access code, so if you're reading this, you're probably already part of the GeekPack community. Welcome.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information we actually need to run RevenueOS and make it useful for you. Here's the full picture:

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) a profile picture. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Business profile information. RevenueOS works best when it knows your business, so we ask for things like your business niche, location, ideal client description, revenue driver, revenue actions, professional associations, and six-month goals. You choose how much to share.

CRM data. RevenueOS includes a relationship manager where you can store contact records — names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, social profiles, and notes about your relationships. This is information you enter about your contacts, and you're responsible for having a lawful basis to store it (more on that in Section 10).

Usage and activity data. As you use RevenueOS, we store your daily action tracking, weekly reflections, scorecard data, and your conversation history with Ruby (our AI Chief Revenue Officer).

Uploaded documents. You can upload Markdown documents — things like business descriptions, bios, brand voice guides, and writing samples — to a private storage area tied to your account.

Payment information. When you top up your RevenueOS Wallet, payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We do store your wallet/credit balance and a record of your transactions in our database.

Technical information. Like most web applications, we and our service providers automatically collect some technical data when you use RevenueOS — things like IP address, browser type, device information, and log data — to keep the service secure and functioning.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account, and authenticate you when you log in
  • Provide RevenueOS features — your revenue tracking, CRM, scorecard, reflections, and everything else you see in the app
  • Power the AI features (Ruby and PR Concierge) — see Section 4, because this one deserves its own section
  • Process wallet top-ups and maintain your credit balance
  • Send transactional emails, like password resets and email confirmations
  • Keep RevenueOS secure, troubleshoot problems, and improve how it works
  • Communicate with you about your account or the service
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for third-party marketing. Your business data is yours.

Legal bases (for our GDPR friends). Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your information (a) to perform our contract with you — that is, to run RevenueOS; (b) with your consent, where you've given it (like uploading documents for AI features); (c) for our legitimate interests, like keeping the service secure and improving it; and (d) to comply with legal obligations.

4. AI features and your data — the important bit

Ruby and the PR Concierge are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI models via the Anthropic API. Here's exactly what that means for your data:

When you chat with Ruby or use the PR Concierge, we send relevant context to Anthropic's API so the AI can give you useful, personalized responses. Depending on what you're doing, that context can include:

  • Your business profile information
  • Your CRM contact information
  • The content of documents you've uploaded
  • Your conversation history with Ruby

Anthropic processes this data to generate responses. Anthropic's handling of data sent through its API is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy and commercial terms. Under Anthropic's standard commercial API terms, data sent via the API is not used to train Anthropic's models.

The practical takeaway: if you'd rather certain information never be processed by an AI provider, don't include it in your business profile, CRM, uploaded documents, or Ruby conversations. You're always in control of what you put into RevenueOS.

5. Who we share your information with

We share your information only with the service providers we need to run RevenueOS. Each one receives only what's necessary to do its job:

  • Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. Your account data, business profile, CRM records, usage data, and uploaded documents are stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
  • Anthropic — receives the data described in Section 4 when you use AI features.
  • Stripe — processes your wallet payments. Stripe handles your card details directly under its own privacy policy; we never receive them.
  • Resend — sends our transactional emails (password resets, confirmations), which means it processes your email address.
  • Lovable and Cloudflare — provide our hosting and network infrastructure, which involves routing and processing traffic to and from the app.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of GeekPack or our members, or as part of a business transaction like a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data).

That's it. No data brokers, no ad networks, no selling.

6. Cookies

RevenueOS uses cookies and similar technologies for essential purposes only — keeping you logged in, maintaining your session securely, and remembering basic preferences. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you block essential cookies in your browser, RevenueOS won't be able to keep you logged in.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, because that's what makes RevenueOS work — your history, reflections, and tracking data are the whole point.

When you delete your account (see Section 8), your personal data is deleted from our systems. We may retain limited information where we're legally required to — for example, transaction records for tax and accounting purposes — and residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before they're cycled out.

8. Your rights and choices

Built right into the app: you can delete your account and all of your data yourself, anytime, from your Account Settings. No emails, no hoops, no "retention specialist" phone call. When you do, your account information, business profile, CRM data, usage data, conversations, and uploaded documents are deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information (much of this you can edit directly in the app)
  • Delete your personal information
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app tools or email us at [email protected]. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA). We won't discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the rights to know, delete, correct, and port your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. The categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use them are described in Sections 2 and 3.

For members in the EU, UK, and EEA (GDPR): The legal bases for our processing are described in Section 3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, though we'd love the chance to resolve any concern directly first.

9. International data transfers

GeekPack is based in the United States, and our service providers store and process data primarily in the United States. If you use RevenueOS from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we and our service providers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

10. Your CRM data and your responsibilities

The CRM is yours to fill with your contacts and relationship notes. Because that information is about other people, you're responsible for making sure you have an appropriate basis to store and use it — for example, that it was collected in the course of a genuine business relationship. Please don't upload contact data you're not entitled to have, and please keep relationship notes professional and factual.

For CRM data, you act as the controller of your contacts' information, and we process it on your behalf to provide the service.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated access controls, private storage buckets for uploaded documents, and row-level security in our database so members can only access their own data. Payment card data never touches our systems — it goes straight to Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor.

No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — nobody honestly can. But we take protecting your business data seriously, and if a breach ever affects your personal information, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.

12. Children

RevenueOS is built for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and let you know through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use RevenueOS after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
